Tyra's Recommended Readings

October celebrates mental health week and world mental health day. During this time to focus on mental health, I thought it may be helpful to share some books that I sometimes suggest to clients to help improve their mental health, better understand a situation they may be going through or to help aide them in getting through tough times. I see individuals, families, and couples and the issues range from depression and anxiety to communication and conflict resolution to how to work through infidelity. For most of the issues my clients come to see me for I can most always recommend a book or assessment to help them outside of therapy to work on themselves and their current circumstances.
